About The Position

The Manufacturing Support Team Member will be part of the Manufacturing Support Team, responsible for supporting production, business, and other processes. This role involves collaborating across functions to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation while supporting production and business operations. The position is located in Orlando, Florida, and requires U.S. citizenship due to facility access requirements.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft office suite experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
• Experience with tracking and managing quality, and schedule in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a union environment
• Performance Management Team experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Test and Assembly Experience

Responsibilities

• Interact with program and floor support to resolve problems, improve processes, and plan products.
• Assist Product Leads with managing projects that keep production on track and on target.
• Analyze and improve processes to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of process changes.
