In this role, you will support production by implementing a series of new initiatives to comply with our corporate strategy. The incumbent will perform activities to include implementing an action system to drive accountability, managing our continuous improvement program to drive shop efficiency, help incorporate a Visual Management System (VSM), Drive 6S initiatives and assist production leadership with special projects within the factory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a relate discipline
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
Must be a U.S. Citizen
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
