About The Position

Looking for a steady, full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule? We’re hiring reliable team members who take pride in showing up, doing quality work, and being part of a team. No manufacturing experience required—we provide training. This is a full-time, 1st shift schedule with consistent hours and a predictable schedule. You will be doing hands-on work in a clean, high-tech environment. We offer paid training and the opportunity to grow your skills over time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic English reading, writing and speaking skills needed for the job
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
• Consistent work history (limited number of short-term positions)
• Can provide your most recent employer and dates of employment
• Able to commit to a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities

• Clean, handle, and finish parts
• Inspect parts for quality
• Follow written instructions and safety guidelines
• Record basic production information
