About The Position

The Manufacturing Support Technician provides hands-on support to production operations within a manufacturing environment. This role performs a variety of secondary and support processes that contribute to product quality, safety, and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based manufacturing setting.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment and processes
  • Ability to follow written work instructions and verbal direction
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness

Responsibilities

  • Operate laser marking equipment to mark parts in accordance with specifications, drawings, and work instructions
  • Perform manual and mechanical deburring to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material
  • Clean parts using approved equipment and processes to meet quality and cleanliness requirements
  • Operate part balancing machine and document results as required
  • Sort, inspect, handle, and move parts through various stages of the production process
  • Support machining, production, and inspection teams with a variety of utility and secondary operations
  • Identify nonconforming parts or quality concerns and communicate issues to supervision
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company policies
  • Comply with all safety, quality, and operational procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support changing production needs
