How You Will Make an Impact As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations within our AOF AGT production area, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence. You'll coach and develop a team of manufacturing technicians while driving continuous improvement initiatives that help our site operate efficiently and successfully. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or a related environment.
Experience managing production schedules, workflows, and resource planning.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, food manufacturing, or other regulated manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Experience working in cGMP and/or ISO-regulated environments preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience documenting work accurately and following quality and safety procedures.
Comfortable collaborating across departments to achieve production goals.
Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hair covering, and additional PPE as required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of manufacturing technicians during daily operations.
Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
Ensure manufacturing activities comply with established procedures, cGMP requirements, and quality standards.
Monitor production performance and resolve issues to keep operations running efficiently.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
Train, mentor, and develop employees to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
Conduct performance discussions, provide coaching, and recognize employee achievements.
Support production planning and help ensure customer commitments are met.
