Requirements

• Is a natural leader who others want to follow.
• Thinks strategically but acts decisively.
• Can read a report, crunch a number, and rally a team—all before lunch.
• Is cool under pressure, quick on their feet, and always safety-first.
• Loves a clean, efficient process (and finding new ways to improve it).
• Has a sharp eye for quality and a passion for making things better.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally perform physical production duties
• Comfortable working around machinery and in high-noise environments
• Ability to flex across other shifts or step in during coverage needs
• Strong communication—written, verbal, and team-wide

Nice To Haves

• ISO 9001 or Lean Manufacturing exposure
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with ERP, MRP, or CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your production team to meet (and beat!) daily goals.
• Monitor workflow and adjust on the fly to keep things running smoothly.
• Coach, train, and develop operators into production rockstars.
• Troubleshoot issues like a manufacturing detective.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and engineering to keep the lines humming.
• Be the go-to for safety, quality, and all things efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement—less waste, more wow.
• Track performance, materials, and production records like a data wizard.
• Roll up your sleeves when needed—you're not above jumping in to help.
