We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Supervisor with primary responsibility for 2nd Shift Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) production. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of operators and technicians involved in the assembly, testing, inspection, and processing of printed circuit board assemblies, while also supporting electronic box build and related manufacturing activities as needed. This is a working supervisor position. The Manufacturing Supervisor is expected to actively support production and perform manufacturing operations when needed. Direct production work is secondary to the position's supervisory responsibilities, which include employee direction, production prioritization, safety, quality, schedule attainment, training, and management of production flow. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating labor and production priorities to meet manufacturing requirements while maintaining appropriate levels of quality, productivity, and work-in-process (WIP). The supervisor will identify and address production constraints, coordinate the resolution of issues affecting output, and ensure employees are properly trained and follow established manufacturing processes and work instructions. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00 PM-11:30 PM). Training for all shifts will be conducted on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:30 PM). This position is located at our headquarters in Oak Creek, WI, and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Electronic Assembly and Support.
