About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our El Paso, TX team and play a pivotal role in achieving production schedules aligned with cost, quality, and lead time objectives. If you possess a strong foundation in manufacturing processes, team leadership, and process improvement, we invite you to apply and make a significant impact on our operations. This position will support 1st‑shift operations, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility to cover weekends as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, to support decision‑making and performance tracking.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, showcasing your ability to navigate the complexities of production environments.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, reflecting a commitment to continuous improvement, process optimization, and waste elimination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement practical solutions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a manufacturing environment is preferred, highlighting your ability to lead and engage teams.
