About The Position

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Spreader/Release Operator. This position is responsible for performing spreading/releasing parts. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good math skills
• Basic computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

• At least three (3) months in a manufacturing/production/warehouse environment.
• Prior experience in an electronic component manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of material onto setters.
• Spread part in the setters, either manually or machine per traveler requirements.
• Release parts, rolling parts by hand.
• Complete travelers before forwarding to next department.
• Back-up to the Tumbler Operators
• Assist the Kiln Operators, as needed.
• Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times.
• Housekeeping chores will be performed as assigned.
• Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in other departments, when required.
• Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
