About The Position

Isola is hiring a B Shift Manufacturing Specialist for the Laminate department at its Chandler, Arizona facility. The specialist performs and cross-trains in multiple skill-level A–D positions across departments, providing support in at least five manufacturing processes or skills: Press, Breakdown, Laminate Packing, Finish Cutting using at least two different cutters, and Finish Inspection. The role also supports other tasks and projects based on business needs, including coverage for PTO or absenteeism and additional labor needs driven by business demands.

The schedule is 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, plus every other Saturday. Overtime—including extended shifts and weekend work—is required. Compensation is $26 per hour plus a $2-per-hour shift differential. The position is skill level D and is based at the Chandler facility.

Requirements

• At least two years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
• Must have successfully completed the 90-day new-hire or newly transferred probationary period, unless otherwise approved by the employee’s direct supervisor.
• Must be in good standing when applying; employees with an active Written Warning or Final Written Warning are not considered in good standing. Written Warnings remain active for six months from the date issued.
• Must meet ongoing workplace expectations, including satisfactory performance, conduct, attendance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
