About The Position

Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader to supervise manufacturing personnel and ensure FDA-, cosmetic-, and DEA-regulated products are safely manufactured in a cGMP environment. The role also recommends and implements improvements to production processes in safety, quality, and productivity. The position oversees daily operations, supports process and product development, and helps foster teamwork and employee development. The scheduled hours are 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Valid hi-lo license.
• Knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and use of people, materials, and equipment to meet production goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop training content and foster teamwork and employee development.
• Complete quality and safety investigations and Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Support process and product development activities.
• Monitor, analyze, and report production area data.
