What You’ll Drive: Expansion and modernization initiatives: capacity increases, automation upgrades, equipment installs, new product introductions, and process improvements. Manufacturing growth workstreams, including feasibility studies, layout development, equipment selection, installation oversight, and ramp-to-rate. New site activations, plant expansions, and line relocations—delivering standardization and operational readiness. Design and propagation of scalable, repeatable production methods across locations. Own the Project Lifecycle: Take full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and delivery—from kickoff to stable production. Create and maintain charters, integrated timelines, budgets, and practical risk/mitigation plans. Execute with discipline while adapting to real-world changes at speed. Spot issues early and implement workable countermeasures to protect milestones. Partner Across the Operation: Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Finance to align plans with plant realities. Translate business goals into executable plans tied to throughput, quality, safety, and cost. Be present on-site during installs, startups, and ramp-ups to lead the launch and stabilize performance.
