About The Position

The Sr Project Manager will lead all phases of facility expansion, from initial requirements and design through construction, commissioning, and achieving operational readiness. This involves developing and managing project scope, schedule, budget, and key milestones. The role requires defining and implementing critical facility infrastructure such as power, cooling, gases, and safety systems to support advanced processes. Key responsibilities include overseeing the specification, procurement, installation, and integration of manufacturing and fabrication equipment, and driving the transition from R&D to pilot and full-scale production by establishing throughput, yield, and workflows. The manager will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, facilities, supply chain, and quality, while also managing capital investments and tracking project financials, risks, and schedule adherence. This position is crucial for delivering a fully operational advanced manufacturing facility, enabling the launch and scale-up of a new product line, and eventually transitioning into a leadership role for production operations, owning performance, output, and continuous improvement.
