About The Position

ITW Car Care, a division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW), specializes in automotive aftermarket products. The division offers a diverse portfolio of brands such as Rain-X wiper blades, visibility-enhancing products, and water repellent treatments, including our 2-in-1 Glass Cleaner, and Black Magic for wheel and tire needs. We are hiring for several key positions across our operations team, including Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Chemical Mixers, and Team Leads. We value safety, teamwork, and growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or chemical handling highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English
• Must be able to perform simple math calculations
• Must be computer literate

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience for Team Lead and Warehouse Lead roles
• Forklift certification is a plus (for applicable roles)
