About The Position

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Repair Supervisor (2nd Shift) with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This role manages a single department and/or shift and performs moderately complex troubleshooting. The supervisor will dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, or drawings. They will also use test and diagnostic equipment for moderately complex checkouts, rebuild manufacturing equipment, perform equipment modifications, and assist Quality and Training Tech in developing and enhancing procedures.

Requirements

In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationales
Must be able to read and understand technical training material, comprehend test procedures and perform correlations between test results and failures.
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.
Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
