About The Position

Employer.com is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Recruiter to join their team. This role involves partnering directly with plant leadership and hiring managers to recruit a skilled workforce for manufacturing operations. The recruiter will build relationships, understand workforce needs, and develop creative hiring strategies for high-volume manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate will be energized by hiring at scale, enjoy solving workforce challenges, and want to make a visible impact on production operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must live in Mexico.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges.
