About The Position

This role serves as a Manufacturing Receptionist, responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks within a manufacturing environment. The position requires a flexible schedule, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities including paperwork management, inventory assistance, and reception duties. The role also involves ensuring safety compliance and managing communication channels.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience with computers required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification/license/registration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork and key cards for new employees.
  • Verify and prepare cut information and input into the fiscal tracking software.
  • Complete quarterly safety inspection checklists for manufacturing.
  • Prepare and distribute paperwork for shipments.
  • Access Government invoicing systems to complete all necessary entries to obtain Government approval.
  • Manage order entry, material orders, and shipment processing for all manufacturing projects.
  • Complete monthly training for manufacturing.
  • Setup Manufacturing Orders for manufacturing.
  • Aid during monthly/annual inventories.
  • Manage items received for manufacturing. Provide daily receiving reports to the Fiscal Department.
  • Prepare paperwork for purchase requests and order office, production, janitorial supplies.
  • Provide receptionist duties, maintaining all required files, forms and logs.
  • Responsible for monitoring/recording call in line.
  • Monitor door entries and exits.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Follow Agency attendance policy.
  • Follow supervisors’ instructions.
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and over 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Additional hours if needed are mandatory.
