About The Position

This full-time position involves a variety of administrative and operational tasks within a manufacturing environment. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The receptionist will be responsible for preparing various documents, managing data entry, coordinating shipments, and providing general reception duties. Additionally, the role involves assisting with inventory, supply orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing office. The position also requires adherence to agency policies, including attendance and safety protocols, and the ability to perform physical tasks as needed.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience with computers required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare paperwork and key cards for new employees.
  • Verify and prepare cut information and input into the fiscal tracking software.
  • Complete quarterly safety inspection checklists for manufacturing.
  • Prepare and distribute paperwork for shipments.
  • Access Government invoicing systems to complete all necessary entries to obtain Government approval.
  • Manage order entry, material orders, and shipment processing for all manufacturing projects.
  • Complete monthly training for manufacturing.
  • Setup Manufacturing Orders for manufacturing.
  • Aid during monthly/annual inventories.
  • Manage items received for manufacturing.
  • Provide daily receiving reports to the Fiscal Department.
  • Prepare paperwork for purchase requests and order office, production, janitorial supplies.
  • Provide receptionist duties, maintaining all required files, forms and logs.
  • Responsible for monitoring/recording call in line.
  • Monitor door entries and exits.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing trucks.
  • Follow Agency attendance policy.
  • Follow supervisors’ instructions.
  • Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and over 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Additional hours if needed are mandatory.
