As the Next Gen Launchers Manufacturing Project Manager, you will steer the production of critical launch systems that safeguard national security while pioneering modern manufacturing approaches that boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Manufacturing experience
Ability to work cross-functionally
Occasional availability off-hours to respond to emerging manufacturing needs
Lead or leadership experience
Must be a US Citizen for consideration
Ability to obtain a government security clearance

Nice To Haves

Program Management experience
Experience with multiple LM programs and/or LM sites
Earned Value experience
Prior experience in a formal leadership role

Responsibilities

Achieve complex quality, schedule, and cost targets for Next Gen Launchers programs.
Strategically influence collaboration with factory operations, program office, and sourcing to ensure integrated execution of scope across LM/RMS.
Drive accountability and partnership across functions, delivering on expectations through proactive communication and coordination.
Lead the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies that enhance production performance and operational efficiency.
Develop and manage Earned Value Management baselines, support plans, and recovery plans to safeguard program health.
Coordinate proposal efforts for production operations, crafting accurate and competitive bids.
Communicate operations status and strategic direction effectively to senior leadership and the production execution team.
