About The Position

As a Manufacturing Project Engineer IV, you will lead production-related projects by managing cost, schedule, and scope. You’ll play a key role in ensuring manufacturing programs stay on track and aligned with operational goals. This role is an on-site position with occasional travel and flexible hours based on production needs, within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work with highly collaborative, cross-functional teams, performing a combination of planning, coordination, and execution work. This role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on mission-critical space and defense systems, lead and influence production outcomes, and gain exposure to advanced manufacturing and space technologies within a collaborative team environment focused on innovation and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience)
Experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or logistics
Experience managing projects with responsibility for schedule, cost, and scope
Experience developing or maintaining production schedules or Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for planning or tracking
Ability to coordinate teams and resources to meet production goals
Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret security clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for cost and schedule projections
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and labor standards
Experience in high-mix, low-volume production environments
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Strong communication and collaboration skills
