About The Position

Pioneer Metal Finishing is seeking a Production Support Person for their anodizing department. This role is an excellent stepping stone into leadership and offers the opportunity to learn extensively about the anodizing process. The company is a leading surface engineering firm with over 75 years of experience, serving critical applications in healthcare, aerospace, automotive, and industrial markets.

Requirements

Repetitive lifting up to 30 lbs. (unassisted)
Proficient computer skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Comfortable working around chemicals
Ability to differentiate between color variances

Responsibilities

Gather raw parts, tooling, and other necessary supplies to support other production workers.
Order parts.
Place tooling requests.
Ensure product is labeled.
Conduct customer performance character testing.
Act as a key contributor to the success of the team.
