Requirements
- 1-2 years in a fast-paced assembly environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to achieve results in an accurate and timely manner
- Ability to pass a background check per applicable state laws
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and parts lists
- Manufacturing components for drawer units and/or preparing and palletizing products for shipping
- Ensuring the environment is clean and safe while performing duties at the manufacturing station
- Understanding priority reports to determine sequence and level of urgency
- Communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and management
