We are looking for Finishing Production Associates to join our team—individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. As a Finishing Production Associate, you will play a key role in the final stages of production—ensuring products are completed, inspected, and prepared to meet quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience and grow into advanced machine operation roles.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations by assisting with finishing processes
• Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Load materials and keep production equipment running efficiently
• Inspect product to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assist machine operators during setup and changeovers
• Follow job tickets, instructions, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
