Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent work ethic, and the ability to deliver accurate results on a timeline.
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Protective footwear (composite/steel toe) is required.
Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and parts lists to build high-quality components.
- Preparing, packing, and palletizing products accurately for secure shipping.
- Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and following priority reports to manage sequence and urgency.
- Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership to hit daily production goals.
