About The Position
Dynamic Dies is hiring Production Manufacturing Associates to join our Holland, Ohio team. You'll learn how to create custom tooling used by manufacturers in the corrugated packaging industry. This position combines hands-on production, equipment operation, measuring, quality inspection, and problem-solving. No previous experience is required. We provide paid, hands-on training. If you're dependable, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the specialized skills needed to be successful.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is required.

Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, automotive, machine operation, assembly, fabrication, maintenance, woodworking, printing, or another hands-on environment is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Creating custom steel rule tooling using job specifications and manufacturing drawings
- Producing printing plates with specialized production equipment
- Positioning and mounting printing plates according to individual customer requirements
- Finishing and preparing completed plates for production
- Creating proofs and checking completed work for accuracy
- Using tape measures and other measuring tools to verify dimensions
- Setting up and operating equipment used throughout the manufacturing process
- Inspecting products before they move to the next stage of production
- Identifying quality issues and working with team members to correct problems
- Following established safety and production procedures
- Maintaining an organized and safe work area
