Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities: Manufacture, finish, pack and inspect products Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings Cross training in various operational areas 2nd Shift - $18/hour + $1 shift differential WHY CHOOSE MORGAN? Requirements

  • Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English
  • Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required)
  • Visual acuity
  • Basic math skills
  • Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
  • Must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15

Nice To Haves

  • Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
