Production Associate I (Manufacturing) Second Shift

The Production Associate I sets up and operates automatic or semi-automatic machinery and related equipment within a continuous production environment. Responsibilities
- Monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and other controls to ensure compliance with production specifications
- Performing in-process quality tests (e.g., hardness, weight, variation, pH, moisture content) to confirm that products meet required standards
- Maintaining accurate inventory records of raw materials used in batch manufacturing
- Completing and maintaining up-to-date batch records and production documentation
- Identifying, reporting, and addressing equipment malfunctions or process abnormalities
- Making minor equipment adjustments and repairs as appropriate
- Performing all work in accordance with established safety, quality
