Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related field)
- 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, products, and equipment
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Develop, test, and validate engineering solutions
- Troubleshoot production and technical issues with practical, data-driven solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and manufacturing teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and performance
