Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
- Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
- Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
- Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency
