Your main responsibilities include preparing materials, handling metals, applying bonding agents, and producing high-quality rubber products to specification and target. Collaboration with other departments is key to ensuring seamless operations and meeting targets.

Nice To Haves

Background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing role
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (5S)
Previous manual handling or forklift experience

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently work in a systematic manner.
Handle and prepare metals, including degreasing, shot blasting, and applying bonding agents.
Maintain equipment, record environmental conditions, and perform cleaning activities.
Operate compression press, Degreaser, and Shot Blasting Machine
Label, identify, and package components as required.
Collaborate with the production team to maintain a continuous and uninterrupted supply of components.
Produce products according to job specifications.
Strictly uphold quality records and procedures
Maintain housekeeping standards adhering to 5S.
