About The Position
Manufacturing role in the Extrusion (BWD) department in Clearfield, Utah. The work area is 5–10 degrees hotter than other areas of the plant. The position involves assisting with or operating various types of machinery, inspecting material with measuring tools, maintaining specified tolerances, and moving material between departments. The role requires Spanish and English bilingual ability, previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and the schedule uses alternating 12-hour shifts: Thursday–Saturday during week one and Wednesday–Saturday during week two, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Spanish/English bilingual ability is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers.
- Comfort using a computer for data entry and information retrieval.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50–60 pounds.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to work in the United States.
