The Manufacturing Plant Manager is a senior operations leader responsible for the overall performance of manufacturing and assembly operations, including production, quality, safety, maintenance, workforce management, and financial results. This role ensures electrical components, assemblies, and modular systems are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements. The Plant Manager leads all plant operations, including production planning, materials management, equipment reliability, and labor utilization. They develop and manage supervisors, managers, and production teams while driving performance across key metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost. This role champions a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance on-time delivery. In partnership with executive leadership, the Plant Manager supports the company's modular manufacturing strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives related to growth, capacity planning, technology advancement, and operational efficiency.
