Trelleborg Group•Fort Wayne, IN

About The Position

The Manufacturing Performance Manager drives sustained delivery, quality, capacity, and growth performance across assigned manufacturing locations. The role provides cross-factory performance governance and works with factory leadership and functional teams to achieve operating targets, align resources with demand, and launch growth programs successfully. The manager leads regular business reviews, turns performance gaps into time-bound recovery and improvement plans, and escalates risks that could affect customer commitments, profitable growth, or production-rate readiness. The role coordinates factory performance management, forecasting and operating plans, capacity and resource planning, continuous improvement, and manufacturing readiness for new product introductions, product transfers, growth programs, and production-rate increases. It maintains visibility of factory risks and dependencies and communicates performance updates and recommendations to H&A, Engines & Space leadership. The position also promotes the spread of proven practices across manufacturing sites and partners with Quality and Operations to ensure corrective actions address root causes and deliver sustainable results. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least seven years of progressive experience in aerospace or another highly regulated manufacturing environment are required. The position requires U.S.-person status as defined by ITAR because it involves information subject to ITAR. The application deadline is November 13, 2026.
