About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help manage configure-to-order (CTO) and quick-ship projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role tracks orders through production and shipment while keeping internal teams aligned on schedules, requirements, and potential delays.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, inside sales support, or manufacturing operations.
Experience working with ERP systems and project tracking tools.
Strong organization and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

Background in electrical, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing.
Familiarity with configure-to-order (CTO) or make-to-order (MTO) processes.
Experience with power distribution products or industrial equipment.
Experience coordinating manufactured-product shipments and logistics.
CAPM certification or interest in pursuing a project management certification.

Responsibilities

Coordinate orders from initial entry through shipment and final closeout.
Review sales orders for configuration, accuracy, and completeness.
Monitor key milestones, including materials, production, testing, and shipping.
Keep order and project information current in ERP and project management systems.
Work closely with production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
Provide customer updates and communicate schedule changes promptly.
Identify orders at risk of delay and escalate issues before they affect delivery.
Coordinate shipping requirements, documentation, and customer-specific needs.
Prepare internal and customer-facing project status reports.
Help improve order tracking, scheduling, and related operational processes.
