Our Supply Chain organization brings together Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Transportation, Warehousing, and S&OP. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible contribution to a global operation. At Northwest Hardwoods (NWH) , you’ll play an important role in keeping our global supply chain moving. As an Order Coordinator , you’ll collaborate with our Sales and Manufacturing team to facilitate orders, as well as ensure the location and availability of the order. Lastly, you will “build” the product order, making sure it moves safely and efficiently–making it on time to our customer. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in getting the details right. Why This Role Matters: This position is all about coordination and attention to detail. You’ll be the person connecting the dots—making sure inventory is located and available, orders are processed correctly, you collaborate amongst the teams and ensure shipments move when they should. Your attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships will directly contribute to our ability to serve customers around the world.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Available to work in-office (Monday – Friday)

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Associates Degree in related field
  • Experience in logistics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Manufacturing Plants and Sales Team to coordinate inventory, availability & shipment.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the internal team.
  • Provide overall internal customer communication.
  • Identify product location and availability and secure within a timely manner.
  • Identify and resolve receiving/outgoing issues.
  • Maintain accurate information in our database.
  • Review new export orders in the system and process in its entirety.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure orders ship on time.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed information.
