About The Position

Knowles is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its production team as Manufacturing Operators. Operators prepare orders for their production line, perform departmental duties, and maintain alignment with safety and quality practices. They work as part of a team, follow procedures, and operate machinery to bring products to the desired quality specifications. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pay range is $19–$21 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to follow work instruction documents.
• Ability to multitask and work independently without supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Basic English communication skills, including the ability to understand critical workplace information; fluency is not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials; must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for the production line and perform departmental duties.
• Complete multiple operations as part of a team while following procedures and focusing on safety and quality.
• Operate various machinery to bring products to the desired quality specifications.
• Inspect parts and products to verify quality.
• Communicate mechanical or quality issues to a supervisor and/or Engineering.
