Manufacturing - 1st Shift
About The Position
The Manufacturing Position is based in Clearfield, Utah, and pays $18.50 per hour. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM: Thursday through Saturday in Week 1, and Wednesday through Saturday in Week 2. The role is in the Anodic (BWD) department, a high-temperature area that is 10–15 degrees warmer than other areas of the plant. The work involves processing aluminum dies for projects by placing them on racks and following detailed instructions based on customer requests. The position requires repeated overhead lifting of up to 50–75 pounds during the shift. Applicants must be Spanish/English bilingual and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and must be able to work in the United States.
Requirements
- Spanish/English bilingual ability is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers.
- Comfort using a computer for data entry and information retrieval.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to work in the United States.

- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
