About The Position

The manufacturing machine operator will set up and run various machines such as saws, grinders, thermoforming equipment, trimming machines and operate lift trucks as well as follow both written and oral safety and work instructions. The role involves performing loading and unloading of thermoforming and robotic machines while observing and monitoring the operation, and inspecting and measuring machined product to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards. The operator will also be responsible for data entry into the company's inventory system.

Requirements

• Good command of the English language, oral and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety.
• Good time management and self-management skills.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Works safely and be actively engaged in the site safety programs.
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Performs loading and unloading of thermoforming and robotic machines while observing and monitoring the operation.
• Inspects and measures machined product to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
• Must be able to perform hand routing, sawing, grinding, and trimming.
• Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks above.
• Entering data into the company’s inventory system.
