About The Position

Performs all duties essential to the Reclaim operation. Performs general daily and weekly maintenance. This role requires the ability to read English to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. It also requires general mathematical skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions, general problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment with accuracy and thoroughness. The role involves standing, using hands and fingers to handle objects, and talking or hearing most of the time. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching with hands and arms are required. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with a limit of no more than 50 pounds for lifting, pulling, and pushing. For loads heavier than 50 pounds, two or more people are required to lift. The noise level in the location is moderate due to the use of computers, printers, and machines. The role also requires the ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Retrieve processed blocks needing to be clean from the ART De-blockers as needed.
Properly place a reasonable amount of unprocessed blocks into reclaim basket located on top of ultrasonic reclaiming unit for processing (approx. every 12 to 15 min).
Safely remove the cleaned blocks from the ultrasonic unit and place on drying rack.
Sort clean dry blocks into the appropriate labeled bins.
Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations, and the overall facility.
Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
