About The Position

Performs all duties essential to the Reclaim operation. Performs general daily and weekly maintenance. The associate is required to stand, use hands and fingers to handle, feel, pick or pinch, and talk or hear most of the time. The associate is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The noise level in this location is moderate (use of computers, printers and machines). Limit weight for lifting, pulling and pushing is no more than 50 pounds. When lifting loads heavier than 50 pounds, requirement is to use two or more people to lift the load. Ability to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends and holidays. Strong Attention to Detail, Adaptability/Flexibility, Multi-Tasking, Willingness to Learn, Ability to prioritize detailed tasks with minimal input to accomplish daily and long-term goals. Ability to work onsite and participate in interactive onsite meetings on a regular and predictable basis. Ability to initiate immediate interaction, coordination and collaboration with team members, clients, customers etc.

Requirements

• Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
• Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
• General problem-solving abilities
• Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Retrieve processed blocks needing to be clean from the ART De-blockers as needed.
• Properly place reasonable amount of unprocessed blocks into reclaim basket located on top of ultrasonic reclaiming unit for processing. (approx. every 12 to 15 min)
• Safely remove the cleaned blocks from the ultrasonic unit and place on drying rack.
• Sort clean dry blocks into the appropriate labeled bins.
• Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
• Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
• Practice and comply with all requirements of our Quality Management System (QMS), as well as regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
