About The Position

The Operator B position is a critical role responsible for the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment within a manufacturing or production environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations or incidents to supervisors promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training sessions to promote a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve operational processes.
Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment as needed to support production requirements.
