About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the daily manufacturing operations including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization of a manufacturing facility to meet regional business requirements. The role involves strategic planning, production management, quality control, and team leadership. The role oversees inventory control and management and monitors expenses. This is an on-site role, requiring presence 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Four-year Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 2-4 years of job-related experience and 0-2 years of management experience, preferably in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts for manufacturing and remanufacturing activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance meets regional business requirements.
  • Leads and coordinates daily activities and manages a team of non-exempt individual contributors.
  • Implements and enforces quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyzes data and provides recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
  • Oversees inventory control and management, including materials, components, and finished products.
  • Monitors expenses and manages capital expenditures.
  • Prepares regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and manufacturing metrics.
  • Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching and career development.
  • Ensures compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific requirements.
