About The Position

Leads day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and people objectives through effective leadership, workforce development, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance, business continuity, and continuous improvement. This role is for the 4pm - 2:30am shift, Monday - Thursday.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct people-management experience, including coaching, performance management, employee development, and accountability.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Lead Associate, or similar manufacturing leadership role.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (FDA).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, align teams, and drive execution.
  • Experience developing talent and building high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems, compliance requirements, operational metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency required, including KPI tracking, reporting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • SAP experience required, including production transactions, inventory management, material movements, and operational reporting.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing documentation, change control, and deviation management processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day operational execution.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Operate within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Experience utilizing Tier Management Systems and/or Daily Management Systems (DMS), including KPI management, visual management, escalation processes, accountability tracking, and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles, including equipment reliability, autonomous maintenance, loss elimination, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure alignment across shifts and functions.
  • Monitor operational performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, compliance, or employee engagement.
  • Allocate resources and staffing to meet business objectives.
  • Coach and develop associates and team leads to build technical capability and leadership skills.
  • Promote accountability, ownership, professionalism, and a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure effective shift handovers and operational continuity.
  • Drive compliance with GMP, safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, efficiency, cost, and reliability.
  • Utilize data, metrics, and business systems to support decision-making and drive results.
