About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Kennedy Space Center, Florida. The Experimental Service Group (ESG) supports a variety of government customers spanning technology domains and is a fast-paced, responsive development environment delivering new capabilities to customers rapidly and affordably. The ESG portfolio consists of a range of platforms and technologies that includes the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV). The X-37B OTV is the United States’ most advanced, state-of-the-art reentry space craft. BDS is one of the world's largest defense, space and security businesses specializing in innovative and capabilities-driven customer solutions, and the world's largest and most versatile producer of military aircraft and commercial/civil/government space systems.

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
• More than 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
• More than 1 year of experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
• Ability to obtain a clearance for access to a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) facility.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
• A final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Pre-Start is required.
• Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
