About The Position

This role is responsible for building and maintaining silicone molds used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have basic math and hand tool skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE.

Requirements

• Basic math skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)

Responsibilities

• Build and pour new silicone molds according to production requirements
• Repair, adjust, and re-mold existing molds to extend service life
• Prepare and finish mold masters and mold components
• Replace worn or damaged molds as needed
