About The Position

The Manufacturing Finishing Associate will be responsible for ensuring that climbing holds meet finish and quality standards through various finishing processes. This role involves using tools to refine parts, performing quality control, and preparing finished products for packaging. The position is located in a manufacturing environment and requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and understand SKUs, colors, and production schedules
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Must wear required PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, and proper attire)

Responsibilities

• Sand climbing holds to meet finish and quality standards
• Use wire wheels and hand tools to clean and refine parts
• Perform visual and tactile quality control inspections
• Clean, blow off, and prepare finished parts for packaging
• Package parts
