About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Materials Coordinator (AVC) - 1st Shift to join our team. The Material Handler Coordinator will ensure material availability at point of use to designated zone of product line. Kit all parts per the Bill of Material for a work center and ensure they are available prior to assembly start. Frequently check the accuracy of bills of materials and work towards improving their accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. from accredited institution is required
  • Two years of direct manufacturing experience or equivalent
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification

Responsibilities

  • Pull BOM Packets and sort through them for drawings and information
  • Assist with parts expedites as needed
  • Drive Fork truck if needed to get parts and move units
  • Responsible for ensuring that finished jobs are moved In and out of the final assembly area in a timely manner.
  • Performs daily inventory check for magnum and NRX breakers.
  • Arranges materials to meet production schedules.
  • Manage pallet WIP with B2.
  • Assist in unpacking and loading of all NRX and Magnum breakers.
  • Collecting and arranging tester drawings as well as sending completed packets to engineering.
  • Assist team lead in setting the 5s standard in final assemble.
  • Assist in unloaded jobs from midline and arranging them in final assembly.
  • Coordinating with shipping to move jobs out of test.
