Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing systems, Lean principles, and capacity planning
Understanding of production processes, equipment, and team workflows

Responsibilities

Lead production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
Manage labor, overtime, and departmental expenses to support financial performance.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain production flow and performance.
Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to ensure coordinated execution.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment.
Influence frontline execution to improve team performance and productivity.
Develop frontline teams to build operational capability and engagement.
Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by ensuring compliance with EHS&S policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; demonstrate EHS&S leadership through identifying and mitigating risks, reporting incidents, encouraging worker participation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring employees receive required training and are competent to work safely and responsibly.
