As the Manufacturing Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Manufacturing management responsibility of all production activities in the plant. Accountable for driving continuous improvement in safety, quality, and other key operational metrics. Provide leadership for assigned operations by fostering cross-functional teamwork and communicating goals of the organization to employees. Develops and mentors allิ่ม of the production supervision staff. Drives operator engagement throughout the facility and encourages problem solving at all levels of the organization. Own the production line output and develop execution & continuous improvement strategies to achieve high production rates. Works to continuously enforce and improve daily tier processes, daily accountability boards, training, standard work, visual management and coaching. Encourages plantwide participation in continuous improvement suggestion activities. Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Engineering, Operations Management, and/or Business Administration with (7) seven years of experience in managing Manufacturing and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government or military environment
  • AND (5) Five years' experience in a supervisory role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years’ experience in medical devices or related industry
