About The Position

The Manufacturing Manager oversees daily pourline operations
to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across
multiple facilities. This role leads team development, manages production
requirements, and maintains process consistency to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong chemical knowledge and basic math skills.
• Understanding of production processes, quality control, and customer service standards.
• Working knowledge of machines, tools, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to obtain HAZMAT certification.

Nice To Haves

• Foam pouring/fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train employees on work processes, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage daily production formulations, schedules, staffing, and workflow.
• Maintain accurate data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Monitor quality, confirm material specifications, and ensure foam testing compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, processes, and productivity.
• Evaluate employee performance and support corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure safe work practices, proper PPE usage, and strong housekeeping standards.
• Maintain inventory of foam and chemicals; coordinate orders and material flow.
• Partner with Maintenance to optimize equipment reliability.
• Support daily SQDC meetings and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
